The Sound Painter combines mixing of music tracks and loops with painting visual effects at the same time. When you paint (using your mouse), you paint both visuals and sound. The result is an unique experience that “stimulates your senses” - which is the main headline for the “Five” brand.

To enable this quality of visual effects we developed a custom particle engine in “Alchemy” for Flash and also some custom trail effects in Actionscript.

O2 Hi-speed Racing is a pure racing game with simple rules - be the fastest of all players. Game features really fancy graphics (see screenshots), built-in track editor allowing the players to create their own races and some very unique techniques for Flash 10 from technical point of view - namely Pacejka functions for car physics, efficient collision solving, quad-tree optimizations of viewport, dynamic sound generation for engine sounds. Editor allows to shape the track using simple Bezier spline, with virtually no limitations, add many objects and set parameters for racing - checkpoints, position the start and finish flag etc.

Having implemented the Facebook platform into the game, players can easily connect through Facebook. Not only they can invite their friends, but also challenge each other on any track in the game. Additionally, every player can set up his own race series besides the official O2 Series.

The point in the game is to simply dance to the music. Player’s success actually depends on how he/she car catch the beat. Flash’s sound analysis (FFT) feature takes care of that quite well. Other nice Flash features used in the project are the new inverse kinematics that helped us with animating the figures and some nice customization of player’s avatars, including placing their own photos up to the avatar’s face.

Every dance session in the game can be recorded, saved and published, allowing to players to send their performance to their friends to check out. Ultimatelly, they can use a cute little gadget player, which they can post on their personal website or blog.

Thanks to the gadget we made for the game, there is no need to make a special video. This bellow is the gadget which everyone can use, as do we.

We created a concept of a virtual city, where each player is provided with an avatar he must take care of. That means he has to eat, sleep, earn money by having a job etc. Because of the brand’s nature we chose the main topic to be night life and so the key aspect of the game lies in having relations with an opposite sex.

Citrus City is a server based multi-player game with a comfortable and eye-candy flash client interface. The main advantage of this solution is a possibility of easy maintenance and tuning of game variables while the game is running and also anti-cheating measures because players can win prizes.

The game got very nice feedback not only in game media, but also from the players themselves. We managed to create measurable viral effect and though the game was not on-line advertised it was played by many. This was accomplished also by having the game released with Inputwish mark.

FlashGolf3d Engine:

The engine Inputwish developed for this game works in any browser with installed Flash 8 plugin. It allows us in a short time to render realistic, fully textured 3D terrain with 1500 polygons in average, and billboarded 2D textures of trees and other objects. The engine also solves thy physics of the ball in flight, its interaction with the terrain and the ball`s visibility. It considers the quality of player`s swing by 3-click system, weather (wind) and the characteristics of each surface.

During the development we thoroughly cooperated with the golf pro and the member of PGA Czech, as well as with regular golf players being the testers for the game. Pilsner Urquell Golf 2006 is the sixth on-line game we created with cooperation with Multimedia atelier since autumn 2005.
